Shipping policy

Section I: Introduction

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items purchased through the web domain of Padel For Less. Upon finalizing a purchase, the purchaser (“Purchaser”) thereby assents to the terms outlined herein.

Section II: Order Processing

Upon receipt of a confirmed purchase order from the Purchaser, Padel For Less shall engage in an Order Fulfillment Period. This period shall consist of one (1) business day for the processing of the Purchaser's order, which includes the necessary administrative actions, the procurement of the requisite item(s), and the preparation for shipment.

Section III: Shipment Timeframe

Following the Order Fulfillment Period, the item(s) shall be dispatched through Padel For Less's designated shipping carrier. The transit period for items from dispatch to the delivery at the Purchaser's nominated location shall not exceed one (1) to five (5) business days, contingent upon the Purchaser’s geographic location and the operational capacity of the shipping carrier.

Section IV: Shipping Carriers

Padel For Less reserves the right to select the shipping carrier that will undertake the delivery of the items. Padel For Less shall endeavor to contract reputable and reliable shipping carriers to facilitate timely and secure transit of the Purchaser’s items.

Section V: Incidence of Delay

Padel For Less acknowledges that, despite its diligent efforts, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to logistical challenges, force majeure events, or carrier inefficiencies. In such instances, Padel For Less shall endeavor to communicate with the Purchaser and to ameliorate the effects of such delays to the best of its ability.

Section VI: Acceptance of Delivery

The Purchaser shall be responsible for the acceptance of the delivery of the items at the designated location. Should the Purchaser be unavailable to receive the items, it shall be the Purchaser’s responsibility to arrange for an alternate receipt or to coordinate with the shipping carrier for a subsequent delivery attempt.

Section VII: Amendments to the Shipping Policy

Padel For Less reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Purchaser. Any amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Padel For Less web domain unless otherwise stated.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Padel For Less operates. Any disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in said jurisdiction.

This Shipping Policy shall be unequivocally accepted by the Purchaser upon the execution of a purchase order through Padel For Less. Any objections to the terms herein should be addressed prior to the completion of any purchase.
