  3. Resolution: Should Padel For Less corroborate the defect or inaccuracy claim, it reserves the right to elect an appropriate remedy, which may include, but is not limited to, replacement of the item or issuance of a credit note for future purchases. The option of a monetary refund remains at the sole discretion of Padel For Less and is not guaranteed.

Section IV: Amendments to the Policy

Padel For Less retains the unilateral authority to amend, alter, or revoke this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon their posting on the Padel For Less web domain or upon notification to the Purchaser by other means.

Section V: Governing Law
